Casting & machining
for the parts you need

BLESS combines aluminum casting, CNC machining and coating. Tooling design, manufacturing and maintenance are all completed in-house.

The part needs
the right evidence

BLESS uses CMM, spectrometry, tensile testing and NDT. The drawing and agreed acceptance criteria define the inspection scope.

01 / CHECK

Inspect the part

Measure agreed features with CMM and the methods specified for the project.

02 / RECORD

Prepare evidence

Material, dimensional and mechanical-property reports can accompany the order.

03 / PROTECT

Pack for transit

Discuss packaging and handling requirements for the finished components.

04 / RELEASE

Confirm shipment

Confirm destination, packaging, requested records and project-specific timing.

The questions hiding
inside your drawing

Drawing review connects your requirements with the manufacturing route. Select a concern to see what should be clarified before production.

Mark critical dimensions, datums and mating features on the drawing so the casting and machining route can be reviewed together.

Frequently asked questions

What does a custom aluminum casting supplier need to quote an OEM component?

Provide a drawing with its revision, the intended application, estimated order quantity and project stage. Identify the required material specification, critical dimensions, machining, surface requirements and inspection records. If an item is undecided, mark it for discussion rather than assuming a standard specification.

What is the difference between low pressure casting and gravity casting?

Low pressure casting uses applied pressure to move molten metal into the mold. Gravity casting relies on gravity for filling. The filling method alone does not determine suitability: review the geometry, tooling, material, production needs and acceptance criteria together.

Can an aluminum casting also require CNC machining?

Yes. Casting establishes the basic component shape; CNC machining may be specified for features such as mating faces, bores and threads. Mark these requirements on the drawing, including datums and dimensional requirements, so casting and machining can be discussed as one project.

Can BLESS review a project before the drawing is final?

Start with the information available: the part application, known interfaces, an initial drawing or a description. Clearly identify dimensions, material choices and other requirements that remain open. An initial discussion is not a confirmed manufacturing specification or quotation.

How should I specify material and inspection for custom aluminum components?

State the alloy designation and applicable standard if your design already specifies them. List critical dimensions, surface conditions and the checks or records you require. Material availability, manufacturing suitability and the inspection scope need to be confirmed for the individual project.

Are the photographed components standard products available from stock?

The photographs are references from the BLESS image library. They do not establish inventory, a standard specification or the casting process used for a part. Send your own drawing and requirements to discuss a custom component.

What should overseas procurement teams clarify before ordering?

Clarify the drawing revision, quantities, sample approval requirements, inspection records, packaging and requested delivery destination. Ask for project-specific confirmation of commercial terms and timing. A requested delivery date should not be treated as a confirmed lead time.

How can I contact BLESS about a drawing or quotation?

Use the RFQ form to submit your drawing reference, application, quantities and technical requirements. Email drawings to bless@blesscasting.com or call +86 188 6269 6550. Submission is confirmed only after the mail service returns a successful response.
